On 23rd of October 28 students were allegedly robbed at gun point of their belongings by hoodlums who camped at a popular shortcut students pass to their hostels, the shortcut is said to be remoted to most facultys and inorder to avoid coming late to school the students pass there to make things easier for themselves.





  Our journalist interviewed a student ( names withheld) who says "the shortcut is close to the NDDC hostel and it is close to our faculty, yesterday as I passed there a guy came up to me pointing a gun at me and he asked me to give him my phone and he obtained me". The school authority has however taken no action atall in stoping the hoodlums and says the shortcut isn't a road so students shouldn't pass there.
